Fill in your application, give us your references and pay the deposit while we handle everything at our end super quickly and efficiently.
When moving day arrives, we’ll run through the inventory together and make sure we all know what’s what. This is when you’ll want your Tenant Liability Insurance to kick in.
From time to time you might experience a small issue at your rental property. Let us know as soon as any problems arise and we’ll get things fixed as quickly as possible.
Keep the property in tip top shape and you’ll receive your deposit back with no fuss at the end of the tenancy. And if you’re renewing? We’ll sort out the paperwork for you.
