Sales and Lettings Negotiator

Due to continued success, mustard Estate Agents are looking to expand our sales team in Towcester. This role would suit someone who is hungry for success, is tenacious and a drive to achieve results.

You will be part of a hands on team, who all contribute together to help with the continued success of the business. This role will suit someone with experience, but if you are new to the business, or want to get into the industry, we want to hear from you too.

Mustard Estate Agents is a vibrant, bright business that has had good success in the Northamptonshire area. We are part of a larger, very reputable Estate Agency, with a history going back some 50 years selling houses in 8 counties. Our success has be down to good marketing and presentation, attention to detail and just good, solid customer service to our clients.

Job Scope: To work with applicants, vendors and landlords who are looking to sell, rent or buy their properties, and provide a consultative approach to the process, sometimes thinking out of the box. You will need to maximise business through identifying opportunities such as valuations for sales and lettings, financial services, solicitor referrals and of course, negotiate offers for both sales and lettings. This role will be predominantly in the Towcester area and will involve weekend work.

Key Responsibilities

Liaise with clients regularly and build good relationships
Arrange and conduct viewings with follow up calls
Negotiate offers
Sales progression including liaison with solicitors and other Estate Agents
Seek new business opportunities wherever possible

Experience and Personal Attributes Required

Experienced preferred, but not essential
Good, positive attitude
Willingness to contribute in a team
Self-motivated
Good communication skills
Ability to manage your time effectively
Must have own driving license and car
